You can specify how you'd like your pork cut. If you don't give any instructions, you'll get our default: bone-in pork chops, tenderloin, shoulder steaks, picnic roasts, bacon, ribs, ground pork, and leg roasts. You can upgrade some or all of your ground pork into sausages for an additional $2.50/lb. We make maple breakfast sausages, rosemary & garlic, sweet chili & lime, mustard & ale, ginger & green onion, sweet italian, and hot italian.
