BULK PORK

HALF HOG - APPROX $325. Description: Our half hogs are priced at $4.75 per lb; you get approximately 65-70 lb of meat. Around 2.5-3 cu ft of freezer space is required. Includes bone-in chops, tenderloin, ribs, bacon, picnic roasts, shoulder steaks, leg roasts, hocks, ground pork, soup bones.

WHOLE HOG - APPROX $600. Description: Our half hogs are priced at $4.50 per lb; you get approximately 130-140 lb of meat. Around 5-6 cu ft of freezer space is required. Includes bone-in chops, tenderloin, ribs, bacon, picnic roasts, shoulder steaks, leg roasts, hocks, ground pork, soup bones.

QUARTER BEEF - APPROX $800 - Priced at $4.99/lb hanging weight, yields around 120 lb of meat, and requires approx 3.5-4 cu ft of freezer space. Includes rib steaks, t-bone steaks, strip steaks, sirloin steaks, tenderloin steaks, blade roasts, cross-rib roasts, inside round roasts, outside round roasts, sirloin tip roasts, eye of round, short ribs, brisket, stew meat, lean ground beef.

SIDE OF BEEF - APPROX $1600 - Priced at $4.99/lb hanging weight, yields around 240 lb of meat, and requires approx 7-8 cu ft of freezer space. Includes rib steaks, t-bone steaks, strip steaks, sirloin steaks, tenderloin steaks, blade roasts, cross-rib roasts, inside round roasts, outside round roasts, sirloin tip roasts, eye of round, short ribs, brisket, stew meat, lean ground beef.
