Bulk Beef Order Form

Fill out this form to place your order for a side of beef, or a quarter (split side)*.

Prices are based on 'hanging weight', which is the weight of the animal after it has been slaughtered, but before it has been butchered. Most sides will be between 330-390 lb hanging weight, and your final yield will be approximately 65-70% of that weight.

Once we receive your order, we will be in touch to confirm all the details and cutting instructions. all orders to be picked up at our on-farm store.

*A $200 deposit is required for a side; $100 for a quarter. Deposits to be paid by e-transfer, unless other arrangements are made.

You can specify how you'd like your beef cut. If you don't give any instructions, you'll get our default cut, which includes rib steaks, t-bone steaks, sirloin steaks, tenderloin steaks, blade roasts, inside round roasts, outside round roasts, sirloin tip roasts, blade roasts, cross-rib roasts, stew meat, ground beef, short ribs, brisket, flank steak, and oxtail. Our default is ~3 lb roasts, 2 lbs of ground beef per pack, 2 steaks per pack.
